Just a doodle of Astrid from 'How to Train your Dragon' I was getting a bit tired of drawing stuff for college. =] My scanner kinda killed the coloured version it looks better IRL. xD

I've almost settled on a design for my main character for my children's book now I have to decide on her colours, these are just 3 colour ideas.

Children's Story character 2

Another doodle of the character from yesterday, changed her hair a bit though. I'm still unsure of a story for her...I had wanted to do something like she travelled a lot (or went to lots of different places not necessarily of this world) and had some sort of animal companion but I dunno yet.

Children's book character idea

One of our projects for college is to create a story then illustrate it. I haven't come up with a story yet but I've been doodling some characters just to get started, this is one of them. C:
